This simple web app can be used to determine which local food products could be purchased each month in comparison to current orders. Upload a spreadsheet of current orders (such as a velocity report) into the web app and receive a chart that indicates areas for improved local food ordering. Dining and other food services can quickly see when non-local purchasing occurred, even when the same product was available locally.
